At Oilin motion logistic bv, we understand that we each have an important role to play in protecting our planet and that all resources are precious. In recognition of World Environment Day 2022 and this year's theme, Only One Earth, we created this animation highlighting the recent sustainability achievements across our businesses and our sustainability ambitions for the future.
From our health and safety standards and environmental performance to our asset management, investment decisions and the way we recruit and develop our people, we strive to operate in a way that is safe for both people and the environment.
We understand that our commitment to building a sustainable business must start at the top so, in 2020, we established the oilin motion logistic bv sustainability taskforce, which includes two members of the executive management team and representatives from each division and key stakeholder groups. It meets regularly to discuss performance and opportunities, and to hear from sustainability experts on best practices from other organisations and industries.
The taskforce reports to the Board and at each quarterly senior management meeting where our policies, practices and performance are reviewed to ensure we are driving our standards ever higher for the future.

Oilin motion logisticbv Tankers has officially relaunched its Slashed Zero health and safety programme with a renewed focus on sustainability.
Over the past five years, Slashed Zero has been very successful in helping to reduce accidents and incidents across the organisation. Through the programme, oilin motion logistic bv focuses on minimising onboard and onshore safety risks and supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all employees. With the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, it also makes sense to include caring for our planet all under the one umbrella of the Slashed Zero programme.
Care for people
Oilinmotion Logistic bv Tankers understands its people are its most important asset, and that every one of them should return home from work safely. With a focus on minimising operational risks, reducing personal injuries and supporting mental health and wellbeing of crews across our fleet, care for people has always been the foundation of Slashed Zero.
Care for the company
The programme has also provided increased care for the company with its aims of creating a safe and respectful place to work.
Care for the planet
The broadened focus of sustainability – symbolised by a new, green Slashed Zero logo – is a logical step; care for people and company implies care for the planet. Going from red to green we are steering from zero accidents and incidents towards zero harm.
